Yesterday Andrea bought a Juicer for me! We had a voucher because of returned goods in a home appliance store so...there it is!
Therefore this morning I was looking for nice and healthy recipes to share with you. First of all use the best quality produce you can get, great if it's organic or sustainably grown. If that's not happening, wash it gently, but thoroughly.

Pomegranate molasses
Ingredients
4 cups pomegranate juice
1/2 cup sugar
juice of 1 lemon
Directions
This is not just a juice.
First of all extract the juice from the pomegranate. Then put all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer on medium heat. Keep stirring once in a while for approximately 1.5 hours until the liquid has reduced by half and has thickened. Allow to cool before storing in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.

I found some interesting recipes on simplegreensmoothies, on 101cookbooks and on sipsandspoonfuls (pics comes from 101cookbooks). Enjoy and let me know if you have any suggestion or recipe!
